• Create 3-D imagery using our CAD software for your review and feedback or approval of the conceptual design

• Use the design work-through process to discover your top project objectives

• Use the approved project objectives and conceptual designs to create plans designed for permit  or HOA approval

• Provide any revisions or additional info or detail needed for HOA approval and permit issuance
